PERMISSIONS:
- Klara has several powers of note.
1 - With a simple hand motion, she can make blood spray violently from a target's body. I can understand being squicked at this, so if you'd rather I keep it far away from you/your character, say such.
2 - She can hypnotize people into telling only what they know as truth, by knowing a) their real name, and b) a powerful secret about them. Obviously, this WILL NOT occur without prior discussion and planning! If you're interested in it, ping me here.
3 - Klara is a literal living plague. Through physical contact with her, it is possible - though not guaranteed, as it often works As The Plot Demands - to contract and begin incubating the awful disease known as the Sand Plague, a bacteria that attacks the blood cells. It is not infectious in its initial stage. It will give the sickened a cough, wooziness, some pain. The incubation can be delayed and fought via the administration of powerful antibiotics. But when the illness reaches its second, infectious stage, the victim is wracked by horrible, sanity-eroding pain. It's reputed that at this stage it "boils the blood," and is typified by copious bleeding from your, well, everywhere.
Sand Plague is only present in living tissue. As soon as the afflicted dies, it swiftly vanishes.
Klara is not a touchy person and will not initiate physical contact unless it is utterly necessary. If you're interested in making your character become horribly ill and later infectious, we can discuss that here as well.
This is what infected blood looks like:

SO BASICALLY:
BLOODSPLOSIONS Y/N
HYPNOSIS Y/N
PLAGUE Y/N

PLAGUE: N, please

..Not that much probably will happen with Raphael, but it's best to cover all the bases.
I'm fine with hypnosis happening to all my characters, with the exception of chaos, and three of my characters are a bit touchy, so I don't mind if they come down with the plague, but it might be best if Klara warned my characters first.
Thanks! ^^;

EDIT: Though he's pretty disease-resistant. I don't know if his constitution is enough for something he's absolutely never been exposed to though.

disease resistant works for me; the game's full of characters known as adherents who have inherently 'stronger' blood because of their personal potential. they can be infected, but it's less 'because it's a disease' and more 'people screwed up on a karmic level so now these people have to get repercussions.' if we do ever decide to get him ill, it'd be less because of accidental contact and more, because it fits on a meta and storyline level?
...
this canon is complicated and basically works on theatrical rules orz

I feel as though this is practically unnecessary to clarify.

Bloodsplosions and Hypnosis are a go for all four of them, though for the former, Ennis's blood will just get sucked right back into her body.
Plague is a go for Presea and Ellen; I assume it wouldn't effect Kyoko because magic shenanigans, but if any of my castmates (including yourself) think it could, I'm down with it. I'll have to get back to you on the verdict for Ennis, as I need to discuss it with my castmate first.

considering that sand plague seems to work (from the pictures of the infected blood we have) via anchoring in little branches between cells, i wouldn't be surprised if an immortal's blood cells would just... not be able to be anchored to like that :|a

I mean you could show some with Daniel but he already has that

Bloodsplosions: Y
Hypnosis: Y
Plague: N, but only because it won't work on him. But if for whatever reason she gets him on a non-power floor or some event nulls his regeneration or something then GO FOR IT.
Naoto
Y FOR EVERYTHING. :D
last edit i promise AND THIS TIME I MEAN IT DAMMIT HTML
Feferi: Y TO EVERYTHING. 38D
Saki: Y to bloodsplosions and hypnosis. Plague - willing to try it with meguca rules in effect!
Yukiko: Y TO EVERYTHING.
Patchouli: Y to bloodsplosions. Patchy is a being born from magic, though, and she's trained in it and basically devoted her damn life to it. I don't think it'd be possible to hypnotize her, since she knows the theory by how it works.
But meguca rules would probably also apply to her with the plague thing and she's sickly by nature anyway, so let's roll with a Y for that too.
